Have you thought about using Augmented Reality to bring your display ads to life?

Augmented Reality adds layers of digital content over the world – augmenting the user's typical 2d experience with interactive digital content.  Many people will be familiar with the basic concept through the Google Glass product.

AR is regularly used to enhance printed materials by giving readers additional content or location-specific information, wherever the reader may be.  And publishers can use it to connect advertisers, allowing readers to experience products at home before buying, or to provide links to additional digital materials, such as videos or even online stores.

***If you're interested, Layar is one of the largest AR providers and provides some relatively inexpensive (i.e. less than $5.00) options to give it a try, or if you have bit larger budget then give Augment a look.
